After a few lessons, exhausting and tearful as they were, I can now look in a mirror without being sucked into its pretense of being more than image, of being me.
There remains the problem, however, that I now have some stupid three-dimensional phantasy that I know is just illusion, a conspiracy of the real two, putting me on.
