The street signs have been improved, now, as a public service. Instead of merely reading WALK or DON’T WALK, they now read, in appropriate circumstances, not only RUN, or RUN FOR YOUR LIFE, but

O MY GOD IT’S COMING RIGHT AT YOU AND THERE’S NO TIME TO DO ANYTHING BUT DIE; or

PRAY; or

SCREAM AND CROUCH DOWN
