“Soft Science” / Memorable Fancies #3165

A question from Survey Monkey was sponsored by “Gilchrist Institute for the Achievement Sciences.” My response follows.

I’m really glad to know that there is an achievement science, that being someone in this world isn’t just a matter of muscle / brains / luck, but hypothesis / experiment / findings.

And I’m even gladder to be told that it’s plural, that there is more than one achievement science, and they can be taught to me by an institute, whatever that is.

If I flunk one of these sciences, I can always borrow a lot of money and sign up for the next.
