“Fearful Gestures” / Memorable Fancies #2693

Traffic cops and MPs are trained in making their fearful gestures, but we citizens are not trained in understanding them – we think the cops are doing some kind of arcane calisthenics and wish they’d just get the hell out of the way and let the traffic roll.
