“Naming the Mountain” / Memorable Fancies #2554

[“They don’t dare give names to mountains.” – Henri Michaux]

If we could name the mountain, we would be speaking of where our people died in the great avalanche. So we never say that name, the name we no longer call that mountain, the name that now means death.
