“Lunacy” / Memorable Fancies #2121

In an old legend, those who look at the full moon, even a brief glimpse, go mad, begin howling. The only thing we can do is sedate them, restrain them until the moon no longer shows its perfect circle.

But we who are supposed to do the sedating, the restraining — we, too, long to howl.
