“Changing My Mind” / Memorable Fancies #2125

I decided to change my mind. The old one was wrinkled and slow, clogged with the silt of too many memories, too many betrayals. And so I went to NewMindCo and asked them, giving them a piece of my mind as a sample, how much for a trade-in?

I was afraid they would just laugh at me and my tired old mind, but they were eager to make a deal.

Only too eager. There were others with far worse minds than my own. Now I know this. Now I am this.
