“Her Eyes” / Memorable Fancies #848

[“By degrees I recalled her face” – The Clementine Recognitions (third century C.E.)]

         But now that I’m remembering her in more detail, I see things that should have been fixed. The nose, just a little crooked; that could have been improved. Quite a bit, actually. And the chin, a little too firm. And her eyes, always suspicious of me. But I took care of those eyes already, a long time ago.
